Returns & Refunds policy

We do hope that you enjoy your purchases from Love from Candy, however we would be more than happy to put things right if, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with the product. You must inform us of your request to cancel an order via completing the Goods return form.

You are within your rights to return an item within 14 days. We will be unable to accept items after this period of time. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for an item to be eligible for a customer return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 14 days.

• The goods are in the original, sealed packaging.

• All items are unopened or unused and in the same condition they were received.

• If items are disposed of you will not be entitled to a refund, we would need to see evidence of the goods returned before we can issue a refund or a replacement.

Unfortunately, we do not cover return postage costs. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

• We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

• We are not liable for any damaged goods in transit, due to adverse weather conditions or any other external factor beyond our control.

• We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
